Rising 4 Life is committed to the safety, wellbeing and dignity of every child who participates in our programs. We believe every child has the right to feel safe, respected and valued.
Safe Environment
We create and maintain a safe, inclusive and supportive environment for all participants. Our sessions are designed to be welcoming for children from different backgrounds, cultures, personalities and abilities.
Respectful Interactions
All interactions between facilitators and children are conducted with respect, care and appropriate professional boundaries. We do not tolerate any form of bullying, discrimination or disrespectful behaviour.
Participant Wellbeing
The wellbeing of every child is central to everything we do. We encourage participation without unnecessary pressure and recognise that every child develops differently. Children are never singled out, embarrassed or pressured to participate beyond their comfort level.
Parent and Carer Partnership
We recognise the important role of parents and carers in children's lives. We aim to complement the values, guidance and support children receive at home. Parents and carers are encouraged to contact us with any concerns.
Reporting Concerns
If you have any concerns about the safety or wellbeing of a child in our program, please contact us immediately through our website enquiry form. We take all concerns seriously and will respond promptly.
